Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ridgewoodmechanical.com (the "Site"), operated by Ridgewood Mechanical Inc. ("Ridgewood", "we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms.
Emergencies
Online forms and booking requests are not monitored around the clock. For a plumbing emergency, such as an active leak, flooding, a sewer backup or loss of water, call us directly at (365) 389-3870. Our phone line is answered 24/7.
If you can do so safely, shut off the main water valve. If there's a risk to life, a gas smell or an electrical hazard, leave the area and call 911.
Quotes and services
Information on the Site about services, response times, pricing and service areas is general, may change without notice, and is not an offer or a binding quote. Response times shown on the Site are averages, not guarantees. The price, scope and terms of any job are set out in the written quote, estimate, work order or service agreement you receive from us, which governs that work. If those documents conflict with these Terms, they take priority.
An online booking or service request is confirmed only once we confirm it with you. Arrival times are estimates and may change due to emergencies, weather, traffic or site access.
Your submissions
You agree that information you send us, including service addresses, site access details, descriptions and photos, is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You're responsible for making sure the person requesting service is authorized to approve work at the property.
Call recording
Calls with Ridgewood Mechanical may be recorded. By calling us or accepting our calls, you consent to recording for quality, training and record-keeping purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The text, logos, photos and design of the Site are owned by Ridgewood Mechanical Inc. or used with permission. Client and partner logos belong to their owners. You may view and share the Site for personal use, but you may not copy, republish or use its content commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful, submit false or spam requests, interfere with the Site's operation, or collect data from it by automated means.
Reviews and testimonials
Reviews, testimonials and job statistics on the Site reflect past work and individual customer experiences. They are not a guarantee of the results you'll receive.
Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites, such as social platforms, booking tools, manufacturers or municipal pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty on the website
The Site is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components. Warranties on our workmanship and on equipment we install are set out in your quote, invoice or the manufacturer's warranty, not in these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridgewood Mechanical Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or any other law that can't be limited by agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
