How long is the water off?
Typically one business day per riser, with notice to residents a week ahead. We do not leave a building without water overnight.
Can you replace just the valves?
Yes. Riser valve replacement on its own is common. It is what lets a future repair isolate one riser instead of shutting down the whole building.
One riser or the whole building?
Either. Many boards start with the worst riser and phase the rest over budget years; we plan it that way from the first quote.
